Pavilion

• If you are considering having a function with us at the pavilion the following rates apply
• Rental Fee is $100.00 per hour. This fee includes: tables & chairs up to 150 seating, set up & clean up after all functions.
• For parties of 100+ a security of 100.00 is required. This is refunded after the function.
• A deposit of half for the food and rental is required 30 days before date booked. A 30 days notes of cancellation in writing is required for return of any money other that the original deposit of $200.00
  The remaining balance is to be paid the day before the function.
• All bills are subject to a Ma. Tax of 5% and a gratuity of 20%
• Cash Bar Available $50.00. Parties of 100+ free
